Instructions for Use
- Preparation: Insert the speculum, and inspect, and clean the cervix. Apply acetic acid and paint with Lugo to identify the Squamous Columnar Junction (S.C.J.).
- Device Handling: Peel open the sterile pack. Grasp the GYN-PUSH firmly between the middle finger and forefinger, with the thumb on the piston handle.
- Tissue Sampling: Guide the device's jaws with slight wrist movements. Insert the lower jaw into the tissue and exert firm thumb pressure to grasp the tissue fragment.
- Removal: Withdraw the device while holding the jaws closed. Use the plastic 'needle' to remove the sample and place it in a container with Boin liquid for pathology.
